is there any microorganism larger than epulopiscium fishelsoni or any prokaryote that is so large that is even visible with naked eye.

Thiomargarita namibiensis is the largest Proteobacterium ever found.Its generally 0.1–0.3 mm (100–300 µm) wide.

It can reach about 0.75mm in diameter which is a little smaller than one of the compound eyes of a Fruit Fly.
