Enzymes HelpEnzymes are biological catalysts.
a. Relate the chemical structure of an enzyme to its specificity and catalytic activity. b. Design a quantitative experiment to investigate the influence of pH or temperature on the activity of an enzyme. c. Describe what information concerning the structure of an enzyme could be inferred from your experiment.

Science has proof without any certainty. Creationists have certainty without any proof. (Ashley Montague)
Biological catalyst means to look for reactions that perhaps happen in the body. What kind of reactions can you think of that happens in your body? There will be an enzyme that makes that reaction proceed. Google it, and find out about it. You should be able to see what temperature and pH does to that enzyme (at least in Wikipedia they usually have that basic info on enzymes) and be able to design the experiment and interpret the observable results.
