Another problem

Maybe my internets just suck but... I keep getting this message every time I try to submit a post (including this one, I"m sure):

After recieving this message, I freak out, go back to the previous page, try to submit my post again, and this time it says I posted too recently to post again.

In a nutshell, it submits the post, but kicks back a nasty error message.
