DNA hybridisation

Can anyone help me here Iam struggling to understand how to calculate the amount of DNA probe i need for my hybridization solution in a blot.
say for a hybridization solution of 450 microliter, I have 0.5pmol DNA probe, what volume of the probe i need for this hybridization solution?
