Child and Parent Phenotype

I'm new here, so please don't bite if I posted this in the wrong place!

Is it possible for a mother with dark hair and dark brown eyes and olive skin to have a child with fair skin, light blue eyes and fawn colored hair?

I noticed this interesting difference between the mother and daughter at a bookstore.

Could the father be a blonde with blue eyes?

I'm trying to find out how the daughter's phenotype came possible. Please help!

*I'm also aware that I cannot merely judge from the parent's phenotype
