Glycolysis and electron transport products

Postby lindalou » Tue Mar 03, 2009 10:26 am

I understand that the products for glycolysis are pyruvate, ATP and i believed another one to be NAD2H. The last one im not sure of.

I also understand that the products of electron transport are water, ATP and NAD.

Am i on the right track here?
Thanks so much

yes, with the exceptions: it is NADH2 and not NAD2H. Also it is NAD+ and not just plain NAD (charge is important when talking about electron carriers).

yeah, you're right. I must have been thinking about NADPH2, which people write like that..
