Multiple names for everything!oh dear, is it just me or the longer you study biology the more names the same things get? : P
this might just be me confusing myself again but i'm trying to figure out the nomenclature of cell lineages in white blood cells. i've been tryin to figure out someones blood morphology who has acute myeloid leukaemia and i know normally patients with AML have blasts in the blood, but... what is confusing me is trying to figure the difference between a myeloblast, a promyeloblast a myelocyte + a promyelocyte or are these just different names for the same thing??
