Human and Primate Genetic Disorders

It was fairly easy to find the information I needed on human genetic disorders; in fact I have a poster hanging in my room from ornl.gov listing them all. However, I cannot seem to find anything like my poster on primate’s genetic disorders and traits. My main question is: Are there the same amount of overwhelming genetic disorders found in primates as in Humans? Do primates have significantly less or is it about the same, or maybe more? I will continue to research on my own through the web, but if anyone can give me a point in the right direction that would be great. I would like to find any information on this subject that deals with any of the primates, but most relevant would be of course the most human-like. It would be great to see the genetic map of Cro-Magnon man or Homo erectus, and compare it to ours.

I did try to research this, and I couldn’t find any specifics.
