what is the effect of a decrease in inspired pCO2 on the period for which the breath can be held and why does this occur?

-read rules regarding title
-Decrease in pCO2 means less CO2 in the air in your lungs when you start inhaling, how would that affect your observed experiment? What happens in the lung, and what is the importance of the partial pressure of the different gasses?
