Endocrine glandsFrom birth to age six, which endocrine glands promote growth?
Well, I'd say that the pituitary gland secretes GH (Growing Hormone) for the whole life of a person, which includes the childhood. Even though we don't grow taller after adolescence, this gland still secretes GH into the blood stream. So I guess the answer is the pituitary gland.
