I have no idea about existing methods, but my biology teacher told me about research that's being done on tellomeres, which are apparently the limiting factor of cell replication. With a bit of google-ing you might be able to find someone who's messing around with them in their basement or something along those lines.

As genetic engeering of plants lead to longer life, it can also be possible for humanbeings, but what kind of a person will agree to such a thing!!!!???
