But I think, polysomic such as monosomic, trisomic can only happened in autosomes.
I never heard about polysomic happen in our sex chromosomes.
So, I don't really know the answer

sure it can. Trisomy X is a well documented disease. Some types of Kinefelter syndrome have a karyotype of XXXY or even XXXXY.

What's usually Kinefelter have XXY. Only that I know..
But maybe you're right...

Klinefelter is defined as a male with multiple X chromosomes. Sure, the most common case by far is XXY, but other types are not unheard of.

actually what's live for a molecul,how we decide that something alive or not...size of them important for called alive? are we alive?arent we collect of all moleculs?

But.. I think that chromosomes are alive because they are parts of cell and cell itself alive

By this standard, many carbon and hydrogen (and other) atoms are alive... But as usual, as long as you clearly state your definition, it is OK. We might argue about it, but at least, it is possible to know what everyone is talking about. But more classically there are 5 criteria that are used to define life, and the smallest living particles are bacteria.
