Hi i was woundering if anybody can help me with the following... i wanted to find out which method out of gel filtration or dialysis is the better one for preparing a sample of haemoglobin completely free from chloride ions?

Think about the size of a chloride ion and whether or not the holes in the gel can block them out but keep hemoglobin.
