What are the molecular bases of anitbody synthesis and what happens to the cell at a gene level during synthesis of antibodies?

That is a fairly complex topic, including extensive gene rearrangement and molecular assembly of different gene products. I'm afraid it's a bit too broad a topic to be explained here in detail. Any proper immunology textbook will explain these things anyway, so maybe you should head to your nearest scientific library and do some research there.

And after that, if there are some things that still remain unclear, we may be able to help you on this forum.

You can read about it in Janeway on NCBI ("The Development and Survival of Lymphocytes").
