Properties of cancer cell lines.

Postby biodoug on Tue Feb 19, 2008 11:11 pm

Is there a web resource that lists the protein expression peculiarities of well known cancer cell lines?

I wish to find out if any of the following transcription factors/enzymes:

pRb, P53, Mdm2, p21, p16 INK, p27, E2F-1 to 3, ATM/ATR, Chk kinases, CDK's, p300/pCAF, Arf, etc etc,

are not expressed (or overexpressed) in the following cancer cell lines:

MCF7, T98G, U2OS, U937, WI-38, AT3 BR, C33A, HCT15, HEK 293, HeLa, Saos-2, C2C12, CC42, F9EC, and NIH3T3.

Does anyone know of a web resource that lists the protein expression peculiarities of well known cancer cell lines?
