IgG antibodiesHi All,
I need to use one of these three antibodies to detect TUBA1 protein in HUVEC cells using western blots: TUBA1 isotype IgG2b TUBA1 isotype IgG2a TUBA1 isotype IgG1 Does anyone know what the main difference between the three IgGs is and which one would you recommend to use? Regards Smiley Science
Re: IgG antibodiesI wouldn't have thought that the antibody isotype would make that much of a difference, but I don't do these things, so I may not know what I'm talking about.
