IgG antibodies

Hi All,

I need to use one of these three antibodies to detect TUBA1 protein in HUVEC cells using western blots:

TUBA1 isotype IgG2b
TUBA1 isotype IgG2a
TUBA1 isotype IgG1

Does anyone know what the main difference between the three IgGs is and which one would you recommend to use?

I wouldn't have thought that the antibody isotype would make that much of a difference, but I don't do these things, so I may not know what I'm talking about.
