Snoring remedyDoes anyone have any actual experience with snoring remedies? My parents are sleeping in different beds now, and I'm not sure that's healthy for them...
I've looked up remedies and reviews online, it seems those breathe right strips only work some of the time and the ones that really work cost around 100-2000 dollars and look hideous. Other options seem to be pillows that look awkward to sleep in. Living one day at a time;

I have heard about surgery, or other solutionss. In fact a MD (or some dentists as I have understood) would probably be the place to go.

Re: Snoring remedyPerhaps a nasal decongestant like sudafed before bedtime might help. Assuming the nasal pathway is blocked. I have heard this helps some people.
There are a lot of approaches, but they work for some people but not others. There has been a rise in doctors and offices specializing in these sorts of problems, whose solutions would be more dependable - maybe there is one near you.
