None of the suppliers I'm used to dealing with sell this plasmid. It may not be commercially available. I suggest contacting one of the senior authors of a paper published using R773. They should be willing to send either a stab or a few ug of plasmid to you. You probably need to have a legitimate connection to a university or commercial lab or they may not take your request seriously.
