Nucleic acid structures

I have this essay to write, but I am confused about what its actually asking me to write about.. the title is "compare and contrast the different helical structures found in nucleic acids"...
can anyone help?!

There's two types of helices(think screws). One is left handed and one is right.

Also, compare DNA vs RNA.
