Can you use a blood test (to determine someone's ABO blood group) to establish conclusively that a given man has fathered a particular child?

Definitely not. you can only exclude his parenthood.
We are all god's children, no wonder our teeth are so dark!!!

agreed. you will get answers like "It is possible that the man is the father" or "It is impossible that the man is the father".
