Correct, and no need for conversion, provided ypu are coherent with units (same units for both concentrations, and same units for both volumes).

200mg = 200000ug
200000/50 = 4mg

200/ = 50

1ml/50 = 0.02ml = 20ml

Question 10? I'm sure thats not right o.o;

Q10 (not sponsored by Nivea;)):
25 plates x 20ml= 500 ml agar at 50ug/ml You have now Vf and Cf.

Ci is 200mg/ml or 2e5 ug/ml

So Vi in ml=(500x50)/2e5
