is there another technique
Like there a virus that they use like for instance they grow the virus that has the desired gene in bacteria and then introduce it to the seed? I think ive heard of this some ware built I can’t be sure

Trouble is, most plant viruses have a single strand of RNA for a genome, so the progeny of the plants wouldn't inherit the benefits, since the material from the virus never enters the nucleus. Its possible though, but I'm unsure if the technique is actually used, and it's probably only moderately effective, especially if the plant is resistant.
