artificial chromosomeiff you construct an artificial chromosome, what elements (genes) would you intruoduce into it so that it could function normally?

i think it is a work that reaaaally hard to be done. my master try to make DNA (so, we can said it is the artificial DNA).. she didn't succeed making it.
i'm not discaurage you to make one like artificial chromosome(s).. for what i know, i think you just start the project.. so, i just wanna inform you that it is a hard work. (^_^). just that. so, how far is the project go?
i think he/she was trying to make an artificial chromosomes..
maybe creating creature from zero/null
