Figure 1 - ELISA absorbance is not substantially altered with differences up to 15% in the number of parasites. Extracellular amastigotes from clone D11 were obtained in LIT medium after 48 h of incubation, counted and dispensed in increasing quantities in strip wells for ELISA with mAbs 1D9, 2C2, 4B5, 4B9 and anti-p30 (the last one used as a negative control). Each point indicates the mean plus one standard deviation for a triplicate determination.
